An leading UK supplier of medical beds, pressure care mattresses, hoists and other mobility equipment is now seeking a new Field Service Engineer to join their field service team.

As a Field Service Engineer, your role will involve the installation, repair, LOLER testing and maintenance of medical mobility equipment such as electro-mechanical mobile and ceiling track hoists, patient beds, pressure care mattresses, medical baths and bath lifts, trolleys and couches. LOLER inspections is an important factor for this role - it is essential you have LOLER experience.
You will be based in Berkshire (ideally Reading), to cover a 50 mile radius territory.
Further info re. duties/responsibilities are outlined below:
Carry out electrical, electronic and mechanical fault finding and repair both on and off site
Provide a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional and courteous
Ensure all records are maintained appropriately by processing all necessary documentation
Follow up visits for repairs/servicing in a timely manner
Ensure customer service issues are dealt with accordingly including feedback to the relevant business areas
Package/benefits:
Salary of up to £33,000 (experience dependent)

Experience required:
Service Engineering experience working on related equipment e.g. hoists, stair lifts, wheelchairs, patient beds, assistive bathing equipment, pressure care equipment etc.
LOLER testing experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Team player with good customer service and communication skills.
