Target Rate: £300 a day

IR35 Determination: Inside IR35

Location: Milton Keynes

Duration: 6 Months initially + extensions

Financial Analyst: You will join a leading blue chip consultancy and work on a client project that is scoped out through to 2027. The role will see you manage the end to end Enterprise Portfolio Month End Financial process including the following;

• Working with Portfolio Support Officers to ensure project monthly forecast performance variations and re-forecasts are completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

• Creation and Quality Assurance of the Enterprise Financial Month End Report (inc. Brand Allocation Reporting, Seasonalisation Reporting, Burn Rate Analysis etc).

• Analysis and incorporation of Financial Risks & Opportunities into the Financial Month End Report.

• Creation of the monthly Forecast performance report and trend analysis.

• Creation of the monthly Portfolio Financial Reporting packs, to support Portfolio's in the management and reporting into their Portfolio Steering Committees.

• Creation of Governance reporting packs (IT Senior Leadership Team meeting - IT SLT and the Strategic Review Meeting - SRM).

Your skills and experience

• Accrual Management.

• SAP Reconciliation.

• Primary contact for all Finance related queries.

• Quality Assurance and the raising of Purchase Order shopping carts

• Invoice querying and validation

• Management of the contractor invoice reconciliation and journaling process.

• Identify potential improvements to the Portfolio and Project Management ways of working.
