Fire and Safety Maintenance Engineer
Location - South West
Salary - Negotibable DOE
A global leading building services engineering consultancy are looking to expand their team and are now looking for an Fire and Safety Maintenance Engineer to cover the South West Region.
As one of the team of Engineers within the Maintenance Team you will be responsible for attending client sites to facilitate periodic maintenance of our systems ensuring that all aspects are running correctly, accurately reporting all details back to the administration team in the office. You will also have the added challenge of ad-hoc call outs if required which will mean you will need to have the ability to prioritise your own workload to ensure that all maintenance calls are completed.
As one of the engineers, you will be managed remotely so previous experience in an autonomous role is preferred, as you will need to be organised, reliable and diligent in the role. You will be given your work schedule on a monthly basis and it's down to the engineer to book appointments and ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
Duties will include
Scheduling own work
Excellent customer service
Maintenance and repair of broken or faulty Safety Systems
Ad-hoc call outs if required
Accurately Reporting all details back to the Administration team
Level 2 or above qualified in Electrical Install or Equivalent
Previous experience working with Safety critical systems (Fire Alarms and Vents)
