Firmware Engineer
12 Month contract with strong possibility of extensions
Our client, a market leader within the Aerospace industry are currently looking for a Firmware Engineer to support the development and performance of a Software defined radio using "System on a Chip" technology.
Your Duties:
- Design, implement and test the Firmware elements of products
- Resolve technical issues
- Support the integration of the product into Systems
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills / experience required:
- Proficient experience in designing, implementing and documenting Firmware to customer requirements
- Woking knowledge of Xilinx FPGA Technologies and VHDL Design lifecycle
- Matlab, Simulink experience is advantageous
- Able to obtain SC level security clearance
