Duration: 6 Months

Full Stack Developer: You will join a leading IT consultancy and work on a digital transformation project within a government agency. An experienced Node.js developer, in collaboration with the Development, QA and DevOps teams, you will be writing long-standing, high quality & efficient code for high performance integrated software between various organisations.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• To pick up user stories and develop software which is well structured, is ITA compliant (AA WACG standard), and is performant. The developed software should also meet the in-house coding standards.

• To unit test the software ensuring that any issues are identified and fixed. Once completed the software should then be submitted to the software repository.

• Check the results from the automated testing once the software has been submitted and action any issues found.

• Provide support to the software testers so that they are able to complete their system, systems integration, and performance testing actioning any issues that are found.

Required Industry and Competencies:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

• Node.JS 8+ JavaScript experience

• Angular JS frameowrk or React Library

• GraphQL

• Git

• SQL

• Azure DevOps

• Experience in integration - Integrating large scale components in a Web Application development environment

• Experience and be comfortable working with Agile processes and principles
