A leading high-tech software company operating within the Engineering industry are now looking for Internal Sales Executives to join their fast-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work closely with both sales & marketing teams & build a pipeline of prospective leads within a defined territory in the UK and Ireland. You will conduct research and attend industry events to build a clear understanding of the market and to generate and qualify new business opportunities. You will assist marketing and sales account managers to conduct industry campaigns, organize onsite meetings and web workshops to develop opportunities.

Within this role you will:

  • Respond promptly and proactively to sales leads and to qualify them thoroughly
  • Work directly with Sales Account Manager on various campaigns to build sales pipeline
  • Research new sources of sales prospects and assist sales account manager to maintain regular contact with existing customers through phone calls
  • Assist sales account managers to organize and facilitate onsite workshops and public web workshops as required
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the company events to both sales leads and existing customers
  • Assist the sales team to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Develop technical and business relationships with existing and prospective customers



Ideally you will have:

  • Strong interest in sales and the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Positive, professional and confident communicator both in-person and on the phone, with concise writing skills
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple demands from a high volume of prospects as well as team members
