Hybrid role with min. 2 days on site in Hillerød (Denmark)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE/TASKS TO BE PERFORMED


You will be part of ramping up a large scale CAPEX project withing the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a vital role in making sure that all our hiring processes are effectively designed and executed. In this role you will closely with the hiring manager and PMO team in Milky Way:
* Work on creating job descriptions for the open roles and positions together with our project managers and hiring manager
* Screening of candidates together with the hiring manager and project manager
* Help with the coordination in the different hiring steps
* Booking of interviews
* Updating our support systems, to help us to have efficient and qualitative hiring.

KEY WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS


* Understands how recruitment works and knows about the different stages
* 2 years minimum experience in a similar role from a HR function
* Knows how to interact with different stakeholder in the recruitment process
* Very well structured and know how to both be effective and have an eye for the details
* Very good at coordinating several tasks at the same time
