HR Administrator - 3-month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is currently recruiting for a HR Support Administrator to join them initially on a 3 month contract which also has the potential to be extended.

Your duties:

  • Provide HR support to all employees

  • On-boarding and off-boarding

  • Maintaining / Updating Employee Data

  • Taking calls and maintaining the HR Inbox

  • Organise Inductions and training

  • Other ad hoc HR Duties as and when required

Skills / experience needed:

  • Previous experience in supporting across all HR duties

  • Proficient in HR Systems, Workday is advantageous

  • Strong Excel skills (Vlookups/pivot tables etc)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
