HR Business Partner - England

You believe you are able to support and influence managers in achieving effective management and results in delivering service? If managing people and being organised is what you can do best to achieve goas, this role is just for you! HR Business Partner - Responsibilities

  • Flexible to travel around different parts of the UK and stay overnight when necessary

  • Some services that we provide are accessible by public transport, but having your own car would make travel just become easier

  • Coaching, supporting and challenging managers

  • Train and provide efficient practise guidelines to deliver workshops on HR related topics

  • Advise, guide and deliver on organisational and cultural change management, faciliating and supporting change initiatives

  • Workforce modelling, TUPE due diligence, negotiation with appropriate external stakeholders are one of the leadership skills that is needed to provide pre and post tendering

  • Policies and procedures are one of the main and important factors that need to be applied appropriately to provide high quaity and effective solutions

  • Working closely with managers to develop and support their workforce plan through identification of workforce requirements, resourcing, retention and development issues and devise appropriate plans to address

  • Assist senior HRBP to ensure that aims of organisational Human Resource strategy are implemented in the designated projects

  • Manage stages of consultancy from initial contact through disengagement effectively and building strong relationships

  • High levels of intelligence, self-awareness and empathy in order to build effective relationships

  • Knowledge and experience of employment law, change management and HR practices, frameworks and tools

  • Ability to work effectively across the matrix and manage complexity in order to build effective relationships

HR Business Partner - Qualifications

  • Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent
