You will join an experienced team ensuring that virtualisation support services to a large enterprise customer are in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will have extensive experience servicing large corporate infrastructure which encompasses mainly Hyper-V and optionally VMware. You will also have had exposure to legacy and current Microsoft 2008/2012 Hypervisor & management technologies including SCVMM management.

• Resource Pool Management
• Virtual Machine Clones
• Data Center Cluster Creation Inc implementation & Configuration of HA and DRS based functionality
• VM Template Creation & Snapshot management
• Patch management
• Involvement in consolidation tasks using VMM
