In-House Facilities Project Manager
Greater London / Buckinghamshire / Surrey
An opportunity for an experienced in-house Facilities Manager to join an evolving Engineering company that manufacture
cutting edge products, in a working environment that hosts components and hazardous materials, so strong regulations and compliance knowledge is needed.
You will be able to demonstrate strong FM knowledge, built around policies, procedures and compliance from energy management through to asbestos management policies.Yyou will have knowledge of applicable laws and building codes, safety legislation and approved codes of practice. Managed subcontractors and an understanding of H&S compliance. Ideally worked in a production environment with a haazardous nature (desirable).
Managing small projects from office re-furbishments through to installation of new ventillation systems, this is a position
that offers a high level of autonomy with the satisfaction of making a difference.
