Role: Incident Analyst

Essential skills for the Incident Analyst role;

• Interest in developing a career within the IT industry
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including ExCel

Experience required for the Incident Analyst role;

You must have good communication skills and be a quick learner. Ideally will have had some exposure to Microsoft Office. Previous team work experience and the ability to work under pressure will be beneficial in this role.
