Can you effectively and confidentially manage incidents through to resolution?
I am looking for an Incident Manager to join our client in Portsmouth to grow their successful team. Your role will be including
Using Remedy to log and acknowledge receipt of all incidents and identifying when necessary to escalate further
Detecting incidents that relate to the services you are managing, assessing with priorities in accordance to the impact
Logging the incident and successfully completing when no further action is needed
Raising and make available incident records
Raising incidents to the Authority, identifying when they may have an impact on end users, authority of third parties
Support the development of the First Time Fix by ensuring that all knowledge articles have been captured and shared in the management system
Updating of applicable records, including the Incident record report
Identify similar/ relevant incidents, to help prevent them flagging again
