The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Windows10/11 SME to join the Modern Workplace Solution Implementation team based Erskine to assist within major Public & Private Sector Accounts. Many of our clients are focused on major transformation programs of which will design and implement into their IT estates. The candidate will need to work with key stakeholders to help solution the Modern Workplace transformation stream from a Service Line Level.

Essential Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will require creating and owning architectural documentation, in the form of HLD's / LLD's, User Guides and Install Guides from both a Project and BAU delivery stance.

Be certified in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Platforms Windows 10/11 and at least two others from the list below, and/or show an expert knowledge at a demonstratable level and understanding of the following:

• Microsoft GPO's

• Microsoft Applocker

• FS Logics

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• SEP

• Security Analysis and Device Hardware Configuration/Lockdown.

Be comfortable with:

* Citrix

* Vapps

* Virtualization Technologies

* Microsoft PowerShell

* Active Directory

* Microsoft SCCM/SCOM/InTune

* Device Integration, Deployment and Asset Lifecycle Management.

* Device Scoping and Selection

* Actioning advanced troubleshooting and fault resolution

* Restrictive operational environments.
