Infrastructure Engineer - 3rd Line
+ Salary £70,000 to £75,00 per annum and excellent benefits
+ 3 days per week in London, though may lead to more flexibility

What you'll do: You will be a key Technical Consultant in our Technical Excellence Capability Centre (TECC) for our large enterprise customers, you will get the opportunity for varied work in different sectors to really challenge your skillset. Your base office will be our London head office but there will be flexibility allowing you to work from home and achieve a great work/life balance.
To start your journey you will be embedded into a team working on one of our key customer accounts in either the Public, Energy, Financial sector.
You will
Design, implement and support several Microsoft focused technologies based around Cloud, Infrastructure and Active Directory
Work alongside teams on our large enterprise customer engagements to deliver crucial, exciting and varied projects
Be critical in the delivery of our digital transformation projects, bringing our customer systems onto the latest and most secure systems
Work with BAU support teams to implement any technical or business change and transition into service
Collate and present information to stakeholders at all levels regarding solution
Who you are:
You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently but thrives in a team environment; you have 5+ years' experience as a Technical Consultant working in large enterprise environments across different sectors. You have a passion for problem solving, using logic and experience to reach a successful conclusion. If you do not know the answer you research it or brainstorm with teammates to grow your knowledge.
Required Skills/Experience
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure design, delivery, management
Azure Active Directory management and administration
Group Policy management and administration
Windows Server 2012,2016, 2019 administration
PowerShell Scripting and automation
VMware/Microsoft/Citrix virtualised infrastructure administration
Exchange/Office 365
Mobile Device Management - InTune/VMWare Horizon
Personal Requirements
Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare qualifications
Problem determination, analytical and resolution skills
Communication skills internally & externally with a confident telephone manner
Customer facing skills (professional & confident)
Flexible & Adaptable with the ability to multi-task, delegate, work well under pressure and utilise excellent time management skills
