Inks Manufacturing Quality Control Technician
£25,000 - £35,000
A world-renowned manufacturer in the Renewable Energy Sector are looking for an Inks Manufacturing Quality Control Technician to critically assess the quality of materials produced for the purpose of releasing to customers against current specifications.
You will have responsibility for releasing materials and keeping equipment and processes in good order. You will also be responsible for updating risk assessments, managing stock and small volume waste streams while ensuring a safe, efficient lab.
Key accountabilities - Inks Manufacturing Quality Control Technician
+ Ensure Works Orders are tested to agreed specification.
+ Support other Manufacturing areas as required.
+ Work with Manufacturing Engineering on continuous improvement activities.
+ Maintain QC documentation records.
+ Assist in the creation of Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Follow and comply with Health and Safety requirements
Skills and knowledge required - Inks Manufacturing Quality Control Technician
+ Accurate and meticulous work ethic
+ Awareness of quality control standards
+ Ability to interpret data
+ Experience of machine calibration and maintenance
+ Experience of repeatability and capability assessments
+ Experience in a chemical lab environment with hazardous materials
