Job Description
We are looking for a Support Analyst to join a small embedded team on a secure customer site 5 days a week. Your role will involve taking the deliverables created by Agile engineering teams and providing the additional information required to make them supportable in live service. The role will prove some preventive environment monitoring, knowledge base maintenance and collaboration with the on-site support teams.
Essential Skills
- Experience in the development and delivery of software using Agile Methodologies
- Active Directory, PKI, VMWare virtualisation, Windows Server 2019 and the creation of gold builds, System hardening (GPOs etc.), Nexus configuration repositories,
- PowerShell and Python for scripting, automation or test creation,
- Configuration and automation using Ansible, Terraform.
- Automated test execution using Robot framework.
