IT Analyst

Permanent: £31,000 - £36,000

Location: Rustington, West Sussex

Remote: some available

What we are looking for:

A self-motivated, flexible and competent IT Analyst who has a strong technical background and knowledge of database tools. Someone who is capable of putting their stamp in this area of responsibility as well as thriving in the role.

Essential:

Managing and improving and Excel driven Costings Workbook

Validating datasets and chasing late data

Generating a range of reports using Microsoft Excel/SQL/SSRS

Supporting our wide digital team to implement new digital tools and supporting the function of these tools where required

Be a key contact point for project stakeholders to answer queries and provide access to relevant information.

Mapping processes, documenting and supporting gap analysis activities and using this as Tools in requirement capture and management

Experience and Knowledge:

Good communication, facilitation & people skill

High levels of diligence with a focus on accuracy

Strong use of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

Strong ability to write and maintain Excel macros and maintain complex excel workbooks

Present data (Preferably Power BI)

Prior experience within manufacturing business (desirable)

Prior experience working with an engineering product data management system (desirable)

Solidworks EPDM ((desirable)

Prior experience working with SAP Business One (desirable)

Prior experience with a business management solution, especially Jira (desirable)

Other:

Eligible for UK Security Clearance to minimum SC level.
