IT Support Technician - 1st / 2nd Line Support
We are actively looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join a growing Engineering company providing support and maintenance internally to the business across network & server infrastructure, data comms and telecoms systems. You will be interacting with all desktop users both over the phone, email and deskside along with 3rd parties both in the UK and Asia.

Responsibilities for IT Support role:
+ Desktop Support for all users for both first and second line on day to day issues.
+ Network infrastructure - maintain and improve through upgrades, enhancements.
+ Servers - maintain, patching, upgrade and routine maintenance
+ Administration of servers, workstations and telecoms systems
+ Crystal reports
This role will sort an all rounder, you may be called to work on project requirements from time to time but is good technically who's worked on a service desk.
+ User focused and support orientated
+ Self Starter who has the ability to organise and prioritise their workload
+ Active Directory, Exchange 2016 / 19, patching
+ Basic networking - troubleshooting
+ Good all round knowledge of MS Office products - 365, 2010, 2013 and 2016 installation and support, Windows 10, XP and the Internet
