An IT Support Manager with a strong customer focus and leadership skills is required to join a Global Aerospace company.
You will be responsible for leading a busy help desk supporting customers software products needs around the globe.
Role: IT Support Manager
As IT Support Manager you will be responsible for:
+ Managing a team of up to 6 direct reports and associated team members
+ Providing software service and support to our worldwide customer base
+ Developing and improving existing support process and procedure
+ Working relationship with other Rockwell Collins teams and 3rd parties who may be responsible for key parts of the Service provision
+ Ensuring that our service contractual SLA's are met
+ Ensuring the root cause analysis takes place for issues
+ Attending face to face and telephone service reviews with customers
+ Managing a 24 hour operation
+ Provides guidance for team members, allocates tasks appropriately
As IT Support Manager you will have experience of:
+ Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
+ A background in Helpdesk, Service and Support management
+ Direct Customer experience and communications
+ Previous experience in providing software support and service management processes
+ Collaborative working with Senior Managers from other internal support organisations
+ Strong Leadership experience
