I am looking for someone who can coordinate management services as a designated customer location, within your role you will be covering:
In accordance with existing management Framework, develop processes and procedures to support
Information management and supporting the development of incidents, problems and defects.
Provide the knowledge articles and error records
Ensuring all work carried out and completed is suitably qualified in the subject matter
Developing and implementing Knowledge Management Processes an supporting the development.
Raising awareness of the Knowledge Management processes and reminding the importance of Knowledge management.
Following and meeting SLA's to respond effectively to End User calls in order to attempt the First Time Fix
