Please note: Due to the nature of this projects, the successful candidate must have valid SC/DV clearance OR be able to obtain one.

This would be a good fit for someone coming from a Service Delivery background, someone used to working under pressure, meeting strict SLA's and KPI's.

I am looking for someone who can coordinate management services as a designated customer location, within your role you will be covering:

  • In accordance with existing management Framework, develop processes and procedures to support

  • Information management and supporting the development of incidents, problems and defects.

  • Provide the knowledge articles and error records

  • Ensuring all work carried out and completed is suitably qualified in the subject matter

  • Developing and implementing Knowledge Management Processes an supporting the development.

  • Raising awareness of the Knowledge Management processes and reminding the importance of Knowledge management.

  • Following and meeting SLA's to respond effectively to End User calls in order to attempt the First Time Fix
