Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience

Our client, a leading Defence and Security organisation are currently in the market for a Scrum Master to join their engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of complex development projects with a focus on Agile methodologies. You'll facilitate the most effective application of Agile practices to meet customer's needs.

Your duties:

Daily Scrum meetings
Sprint planning
Implementing / managing processes in terms of how information is shared
Ensure the team is focused and follow the agreed terms of the daily scrum
Remove any obstacles that prevent team progress
Drive continuous improvements
Prevent any external distractions

Experience / skills required:

Previous Scrum Master experience
Hold a recognised Scrum certification
Knowledge of Agile techniques and approaches
Able to obtain SC Level security clearance
