Based in Southampton, Hampshire (hybrid available)
Initial contract to end of the year (potential to extend or become permanent)
£180-£220 Day rate

An exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned FMCG organisation as a Logistic Planner, working within their busy Operations Team based in Southampton.


In this role, you will:

• Carry out activities to support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service and SNO KPIs for assigned areas.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for SNO, working with factory/specific end market to help achieve Area, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Region's targets.
• Adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives for assigned factory/end markets i.e. Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools.
• Continuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU
• Continuously upskill the technical capabilities and commercial understanding

Experience/Skills Required: - Logistic Planner

• Relevant qualification e.g. degree
• Minimum 1-3 years Planning, Logistic, NPI experience (Manufacturing & Commercial experience is advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain i.e. process, metrics
• Good knowledge in IWS, CI tools and agile concept
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
