Machine Learning Developer

I am looking for a motivated, passionate and self-driven Machine Learning Developer to join our client in their Artificial Intelligence team.

You will be working closely with the Head of AI and department teams to produce early stage proof of concepts and support on a wide variety of bids and tenders.

You will be working within a team who will share your passion with ICT and AI, to provide better, faster and more effective solutions.

This is a fast-paced environment, continuing to grow where you will have the opportunity to be develop your career further.

You will be working with the latest technology and whilst this is a challenge job to keep someone on 'their toes', its also extremely rewarding.

I am looking for someone with a genuine interest in AI and how its developing, someone keeping up with the trends, and interested in what's state of the art now as well as constantly being one step ahead both commercially and academic.

I am looking for someone:

  • Extensive knowledge in Machine Learning, Responsible for algorithm and model development and prototyping

  • Hands-on experience with building and deploying ML models

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or other technical fields

  • Practical experience with Natural Language Processing Models including Transformers, Text Classification, Multi-Label Classifiers, NER etc.

  • Practical Computer Vision experience, e.g. YOLO, Object detection, Image captioning

  • IoT, Big Data Processing

Core skills

  • Developing in python

  • TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.

  • Pandas, sci-kit learn, NumPy, and SciPy

  • Experience in some of the following predictive modelling techniques e.g. Logistic Regression, Decision Trees & Random Forests

  • Data pipelines and architecture

  • Participates in peer review of their work and peers.
