Maintenance Engineer

CBSbutler are working with an engineering and environmental consultancy based in Leamington Spa that are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

Job Description

  • Day-to-day maintenance off all our shop floor machinery, which includes fact-finding on machine breakdowns.

  • Repairing/troubleshooting issues with plant and equipment.

  • Liaising with supply chain organisations.

  • Working with management, operators, and other maintenance staff on machine issues.

  • Managing a full TPM and service programmes.

  • Working with third party external service engineers on machine repairs and uptime collate OEE data for key machines.

The Candidate

  • Must have completed Apprenticeship.

  • Must be vigilant and diligent, with a good attention to detail, and able to maintain high standard of quality required as a service engineer.

  • Ability to repair, service and install machines / processes .

  • Qualified Electrical {18th Edition} and Mechanical Engineer.

  • Previous engineering service experience preferred.

  • Conversant with CNC Bosch, Siemens, Fanuc, Yasnal, Heidenhain, Mazatrol matrix 2 Controls.

  • PC skills to ensure electronic system is kept up to date.

  • High level off commitment, precision required.

  • A willingness to learn new skills and advance their potential to becoming a competent and flexible member of the Maintenance team, and progress continuous improvement.

  • Mast be flexible to company requirements.
