Salary - £24K - £27K Per Annum

Our client based in London are an international energy consultancy company, with offices in Germany, USA, and Bosnia. As a business, they have grown every single year for last 22 years. Their mission is to help clients find the suitable energy and water supplies, and guide them towards the best use of them. The company is undergoing an expansion program, and they are looking for a Major Business Account Executive to be part of service delivery team to existing large and multi-site clients.

This is office based role, working as a part of the growing team. You would be providing support services and ongoing care to their existing large and multi-site clients, whilst supporting there Sales team with fixed price tenders. The company provides ongoing professional growth and friendly work environment for the right candidate. Relevant experience in managing large multi-site clients is highly desirable but full training is provided. Candidates need to be highly numerate and computer literate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. It requires someone who has a high work ethic and ambition to succeed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer enquiries such as billing, metering, change of tenancies, fixed price procurement, analysing results of tender, etc.

  • Regularly communicating with other team members and departments to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal client experience.

  • Maintaining and sustaining relationships with energy suppliers.

  • Any other duties reasonably requested.

Key skills and experience

  • Experience in business-to-business customer service

  • Good numeric skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

  • Excellent both written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Track record of managing pricing cost components and pricing models - desirable
