Management of Change Project Manager (MOC)

Project Manager to work with the Management Of Change team Lead

My client has a requirement for an experienced PM to Manage the Management Of Change (MOC) teams who are measured on increasing the adoption of O365 product suite as colleagues are being migrated to the new product suite. The PMs will work closely with the Change Engagement Lead and manage delivery of the MoC schedule. This includes manage the day-to-day flow of meetings and activities, coordinate engagement sessions across the customer business units and manage the regular reporting .

The role will involve:

*Owner and maintainer of the overall MoC plan for a selection of Business Units, Create, maintain, share, enforce and drive the plan

*Run through on calls (multiple times a week), setting actions and validating they have been completed

*Weekly reporting on BU O365 adoptions, progress to plan and risk/issues

*Escalations - manage and drive the schedule

*Involvement in day to day activities via DLs / Teams channels

*Manage communications/engagements with customer BU key stakeholders as part of MOC process.

*Report progress to the O365 Programme Management Leadership group at regular intervals.

Skills :

Experience from Management Of Change engagements.

Strong Communication and Management skills

Microsoft Office product suite experience: XL, PPT, Project and reporting skills .

It is essential for this role that you have experience of MOC - Management of change.
