Manufacturing Engineer
12 Month contract with strong possibility of extensions
Our client, a market leader within the Aerospace industry are currently looking for an Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer to be the main technical interface between the product line and the project team, ensuring designs meet the requirements of manufacturing capabilities.
Your Duties:
- Manage the integration of New Products into Manufacturing, ensuring all technical, project and costs are in line with company standards
- Deliver Manufacturing inputs in line with company processes
- Identify any manufacturing capability limitations that could prevent successful project completion, the work with the team to resolve the issues
- Provide Manufacturing Technical Support
- Identify any operational performance issues / risks
- Identify areas where improvements to process' and procedures can be made
Skills / experience required:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Production Engineer
- Electronics, Surface Mount, RF Product knowledge is advantageous
- Able to obtain SC Level security clearance
