Inside IR35 - would need to be payrolled via PAYE or Umbrella

Rate negotiable depending on experience

A short term contract role is now available for a Biomedical Engineer working across at a large NHS Trust based in the North West London area.

The contract will initially be for 3 months and you will be required to carry out an audit and service medical devices.

This EBME Engineer position will be suitable for any band 4 (or equivalent) engineers or above.

Duties will include:

• Auditing a range of medical equipment within the trust

• Service of a range of medical equipment such as ECG's, patient monitors, infusion pumps, diathermy machines, BP monitors, defibrillators etc.

• Checking documentation and carry out other administration tasks as required

Experience/skills required:

• Prior Medical Engineering experience either in the UK or overseas.

• Experience carrying out servicing of medical equipment such as infusion devices, diathermy, defibrillators, ECG's, patient monitors, syringe drivers, anaesthesia machines, ventilators etc.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• You must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship cannot be offered

• Be willing to apply for a DBS (£26) if you do not already have a recent one.
