£500 - £600 per day

3-Month initial contract

Job Description:

The Cisco CC Voice Lead will be responsible for delivering effective support into large projects and / or leadership of work streams into smaller projects. This may involve managing small teams of consultants, across the following.

• Install, configure and manage Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Hosted configurations.

• To ensure the correct Design and Configuration of SRST, QoS, Voice Routing Protocols and Voice Gateways.

• To support the overall Network Engineering framework including routers/switches and firewalls.

• To design and configure the telephony infrastructure including: SIP, Session Border controllers, IVR, Session Manager, VoIP, Dialler solutions and various Call Centre applications, ICM Scripting, Reporting (including eGain VIM), Multimedia applications (email, Chat, Social Networking)

• To consult, assess or audit, design and work with customers to determine highly technical requirements.

Travel

• Travel to some locations will be required. The candidate will be fully reimbursed for travel.
