Network Design Engineer
£500 - £600 per day
3-Month initial contract
The Cisco CC Voice Lead will be responsible for delivering effective support into large projects and / or leadership of work streams into smaller projects. This may involve managing small teams of consultants, across the following.
Install, configure and manage Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE and Cisco Hosted configurations.
To ensure the correct Design and Configuration of SRST, QoS, Voice Routing Protocols and Voice Gateways.
To support the overall Network Engineering framework including routers/switches and firewalls.
To design and configure the telephony infrastructure including: SIP, Session Border controllers, IVR, Session Manager, VoIP, Dialler solutions and various Call Centre applications, ICM Scripting, Reporting (including eGain VIM), Multimedia applications (email, Chat, Social Networking)
To consult, assess or audit, design and work with customers to determine highly technical requirements.
