Operations Planner (Aerospace Industry)

Position Overview:

As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for managing the production schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement production plans that meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
• Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to ensure a seamless production process
• Use data analysis and forecasting to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing engineering, process engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Knowledge of production scheduling tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards is a plus
