As a Production Planning Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, with top-notch quality, and within budget. You'll be the driving force behind our Management Resource Planning efforts, orchestrating both manpower and machines to achieve production excellence. This role involves close collaboration with the shop floor team to optimize resource allocation and manpower availability, aligning with our overall production planning goals. Your responsibilities will also include defining and updating global planning, considering the concurrent projects and their priorities.

Essential Skills:

• Work package management experience.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Project planning and P6 scheduling experience.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Team management experience.

Essential Experience:

• We require candidates to have proven experience and demonstrable evidence of working in a high-reliability manufacturing production line.

Desirable:

• Understanding and experience in a Space Manufacturing Assembly line.
• Project management experience.
