Production Team Lead- West Sussex

Our client, a market leader in Bespoke Protection solutions for both commercial and defence sectors are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join their busy team.

This opportunity is located in West Sussex.

Salary:

Salary is ranging from £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

Manage your team of multi-skilled tradesmen to achieve production deadlines whilst collaborating with other team leaders to support the overall production
Directly dealing with the Quality and Manufacturing engineers to overcome any build related issues
Manage, Maintain and train your team when required whilst keeping a high level of morale
Provide support to the company's proto-typing and production activities

Skills/ Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings
HND/HNC or Similar in an Engineering or relevant discipline
Systems and integrations knowledge
Proven history of effective team leading
Controlling stocks of consumables
Eligible for UK Security Clearance
