Project Administrator

Based in Redhill

Are you looking for your next role with a global leader?

This is an opportunity to join a company on a permanent basis as Project Administrator working with both customers and internal staff to ensure all documentation is provided in a controlled manner. The role will also entail managing updates on projects from different departments within the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage change control for all project and technical changes to drawings and documentation.

  • Ensure all project related documentation and communication are saved in accordance with company procedures.

  • Assist with the preparation, collation and submission all required documentation and drawings for each project.

  • Interact with the customer in relation to project drawings and documentation.

  • Meet internal KPI's in terms of targets for getting project documentation and drawings completed.

  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external quality audits. Manage any non-conformances and contribute towards continuous improvement and process improvement.

  • Schedule and attend internal and external meetings as necessary.

  • Be the first point of contact for customer project related queries.

  • Provide administrative support for project engineer(s), sales team and R & D teams.

Key Skills

  • Technical knowledge of design / engineering / manufacturing processes.

  • Change control experience.

  • Administration and document management experience required.

  • Project Management Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Project 2010 desirable but not essential.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.

  • Good communication, both written and verbal, skills.
