We are seeking a talented Project Engineering Manager to lead product development projects and drive innovation.

Job Scope:
As a Project Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our product development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include project management from inception to delivery, adherence to engineering lifecycles, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration across various departments.
You will be the driving force behind ensuring that our projects are executed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development programs from an engineering perspective.
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Uphold the engineering lifecycle, customizing it as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks in project execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Provide regular progress and financial reports.
- Facilitate resolution of engineering issues.
Job Functions:
- Estimate project engineering management costs.
- Work with subject matter experts to expedite engineering solutions.
- Coordinate and create project statements of work and associated estimates.
- Communicate program details and drive departmental engagement.
- Lead project delivery teams, including suppliers.
- Monitor and report on project progress, spending, and schedules.
- Identify and report risks and opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required on short notice.
- Perform other duties associated with the role.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and their application in engineering development.
- Understanding of the Engineering Lifecycle process.
- Ability to manage engineering teams, including subcontractors.
- Budget management and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in presenting to senior management.
- Risk and opportunity management expertise.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and supplier site visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience Required:
- 5 years of experience in an engineering development environment.
- Proven experience in running engineering development projects from concept to implementation.
