Project Engineers within 1st/2nd Line
Location: Central London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £150 - £275 per day
Roles:
x1 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst
£150 per day
- Answering calls, manage support mailbox, log tickets and manage ticket queue and send communication to users.
- Triage and prioritise tickets coming into the support queue and work to SLA's.
- Provide fix times for issues including:
PW resets
mobile issues
VPN issues
hardware inventories
Active Directory admin
Setting up new employees
x1 Desktop Support Analyst
£150 per day
- Act as an overflow for all of the above duties
- Floor walking
- Preparing and imaging machines
- Provision access (Active Directory Groups, NTFS)
- Resolving operating system and hardware issues
- Asset management of workstation and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot network issues (LAN and WAN) up to 2nd Line level.
- Windows 10 and hardware refresh requiring travel to UK sites
- Experience of supporting Cisco phone
x1 Project Engineer
£275 per day
- Windows 10 migration and hardware refresh
- Office moves, new office setups and closures
- Coordinating phone system setups which are currently 2x verizon UCCaaS
- SD-WAN smart hands assistance
- Merger and acquisitions activities including user migration and exchange migration
