Project Manager

Flexible salary range on offer, dependent on current earnings and experience.

  • Dental Equipment Installation and Maintenance

The role

As Project Manager you will be required to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from £20,000 up to £250,000 in value.

You will ensure all projects are delivered upon to budget and to time, whilst managing and dealing with multiple stakeholders, from sales staff who receive the customer order to design teams designing the dental surgeries through to supply chain ordering the products and the sub-contractors and installation engineers who will be required for end project installations.

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

  • Maintaining positive relationships and strong communication with customers and clients regarding the projects.

  • Ensuring customer specification is adhered to.

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

  • Coordinate and manage internal engineers and external sub-contractors such as plumbers, electricians, builders.

  • Create and maintain project documentation.

  • Measure, monitor and report on project performance.

This position comes with extensive progression and career development opportunities, with a view to developing the role into managing a nation-wide team of PM's in the near future.


As the Project Manager you will work out of the head office in Sussex, whilst travelling regularly throughout the South East of England to visit client sites.

What experience is required?

  • Project Management experience, managing multiple projects (of any value) in a transferable field e.g. construction, facilities, room installations e.g. decontamination rooms, kitchen or bathroom installations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Confident, proactive and organised.

  • Driving licence
