An exciting new Project management opportunity working in facilities is now available with a global leader in the Aerospace and Defence sector, based in the West London area.

This organisation have a great reputation within their industry for designing and manufacturing world class ejector seats for the aerospace and defence markets, and are renowned for providing excellent training.
Key accountabilities - Project Manager - Facilities
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Deliver facilities projects from inception through to completion
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Ensure projects are working to the correct timescales and on budget
- Establish design brief, project specifications and scopes of work
- Ensure all contractual documentation collated and distributed to the appropriate personnel
- Complete relevant administration on contracts and tenders
- Issue and maintain weekly reports on all projects
- Assist with the selection, management and administration of building contracts
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, British standards and codes of practice
- Ensure objectives are achieved by liaising with other team members of the project delivery team
- Report on the contractors anticipated building programme and the performance of contractors and external consultants
Experience/skills required:
- Must have extensive project management expertise
- Facilities/construction background (fabric/mechanical/electrical)
- Regulatory awareness (construction/design & management regulations etc.)
- Strong communication both written and verbal

- Up to £45,000 basic per annum
