Would you like to work for a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation providing leadership and management of the Communications Integrated Project Team?
You will be responsible for applying effective people management and problem solving skills to develop, enhance and deliver against multiple project activities of varying complexity on projects which are critical to the performance and growth of the Business Area.
Key Responsibilities -
+ To time, cost and quality, ensure and demonstrate delivery and margin for all projects, and manage to achieve / better the financial targets.
+ Manage the ongoing development and/or improvement of relationships with customers and suppliers for current and future projects
+ Support the development of functional members of the IPT (engineering, sales, planning etc.) and work with functional management leads to meet current and future skills requirements including succession planning
+ Anticipate, mitigate and manage dependencies, risks and synergies in support of increased business performance.
Skills and knowledge required -
+ Proven experience as a Project Manager or other managerial position
+ Detailed understanding of PPRP and financial controls.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence both internally and externally at all levels, including senior management.
+ Working knowledge of Engineering, Commercial and Procurement aspects of project execution.
+ Typically degree qualified or equivalent.
+ APMP or PRINCE-2 Certified
