QA Engineer ( Customer Focus )
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA Engineer at a market leading company working in the quality dept. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities to ensure customer concerns related to delivered product are rectified immediately.
This role will also involve the use of Quality tools to work with internal staff and external contracts to identify suitable corrective actions with final reporting to the customer as required.
Areas of Responsibility:
+ Co-ordinate response to any customer reported quality issues
+ Undertake technical verification of any notified product defects.
+ Assist in any defect investigations and generate reports to customers on response
+ Undertake product or process audits in response to any notified quality issues.
Education and Qualifications:
+ Significant Quality Improvement experience
+ HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
+ Product knowledge in a regulated industry - ISO9001, AS9100, TS16949
