You will be providing specialist QA support to customers and internally, investigating issues affecting products / services quality and delivery requirements. In the role you will both analyse performance data to indicate where improvement activity should be prioritised and respond quickly to emerging issues. You will provide the necessary tools and guidance to ensure that investigations are conducted and improvement actions are identified and implemented as planned.
+ Provide general support to the QA department in all quality-related matters
+ Ensure all processes are compliant with company, legal and business processes
+ Raise Corrective Action Requests in response to specific products and service non-conformances. Use 8D tool as required to progress resolution of systemic issues
+ Gather and present product quality performance statistics on a regular and timely basis
+ Perform internal audits and manage any corrective actions that arise
Experience and qualifications;
+ Good and effective communication skills at all levels
+ Quality audits, rejections and processes
+ Thorough QA Engineering experience
+ ISO 9001 Lean and or Six Sigma understanding and experience
+ Experience in process development and support.
