Quality Manager

I have an exciting contract role working for a global telecommunications company as a Quality Manager. Your role will be to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO9001 certification by ensuring all applicable processes are subject to the client's quality assurance framework.

Your accountabilities

  • Quality Management System - Working collaboratively with the Operational Assurance Team (OAT)
  • Integrate all processes which impact / deliver the ESN service into the QMS
  • Process control testing management
  • Audit planning (OAT, Group Quality and External)
  • Recommendation tracking
  • Risk Management
  • Quality reporting
  • QMS process improvements
  • Governance reviews
  • Process obligation mapping
  • Aris adoption

Skills required for the job

  • A deep understanding of Mobile operational processes
  • In depth Quality Management skills and IS09001 knowledge
  • Six Sigma - Business transformation skills
  • ITIL - Service management process knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
