The Company

An international provider diagnostic imaging and radiology maintenance and management services is now seeking a Training Coordinator to join their growing organisation.

The role

Whilst working for the managed equipment service (MES) provider, your role as the Service Manager will be to ensure the successful delivery of the radiology and diagnostic imaging MES contract to the satisfaction of the end client, a large NHS Trust.

This role will have a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship management with the end users e.g. radiographers and sonographers, with regular reporting regarding MES performance against outlined service level agreements (SLA's).

The key objective is to ensyre that all service and maintenance activities on radiology and diagnostic imaging equipment such as X-Rays, CT's, MRI's, Ultrasounds etc., are delivered safely , to industry standards and within the contractual obligations.

Whilst predominantly based at one hospital site in the Derby area, this role may also require travel to other sites and the company head office. Occasional working from home is also permitted.

What is needed to apply?

  • Diagnostic Imaging or Radiology knowledge either in a field engineering capacity or as a clinical radiographer (band 6 upwards)

  • Good customer service and relatinopship management skills

  • Good IT skills

  • Analytical and able to interpret data from an Excel spreadsheet
