We are looking to hire a talented individual into the role of Resourcer here at CBSbutler. As a Resourcer you will work on a daily basis with one of our highly experienced Team Leaders or Senior Consultants. You will be responsible for:

  • Candidate attraction and engagement - Through searching the in-house CRM, latest tools and Job Boards as well as advertising.
  • Building Talent Pipelines - You will be tasked with networking the market to build out lists of talented candidates for now and the future
  • Candidate Qualification - Engaging with candidates to understand their key drivers, motivations and what they are looking for in their next role
  • Relationship building - With candidates, Clients and colleagues
  • Arranging Interviews and undertaking interview preparation and offer management
  • Contributing to the team - With your day to day work and also your attitude
  • Personal/Company branding - On a daily basis you will share content that will attract candidates and also interest your network

As mentioned we will provide full training and support so that you are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to do the job to the best of your ability! In order to apply YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, sales environments or customer service would be desirable however not a pre-requisite.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, with the ability to converse with a range of individuals
  • Target orientated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate / Social media skills
