A leading engineering / manufacturing organisation within the defence industry are now looking for an individual to join their sales team as temporary cover for 12 weeks. Reporting directly to Head of Sales and Business development, your role will be to provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
You will be first point of contact for the Sales Team. You will be assisting with sales queries, completion of bids, data capture and report generation.
Ideally wou will have the following skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Calendars
- Knowledge of CRMs / Microsoft Dynamics desirable but not essential but must be confident working with computers
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Good communication skills at all levels within the Company and with customers
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Accurate data inputting and file management
