Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Our client, a leading Defence and Security organisation are currently in the market for a Scrum Master to join their engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of complex development projects with a focus on Agile methodologies. You'll facilitate the most effective application of Agile practices to meet customer's needs.

Your duties:

• Daily Scrum meetings

• Sprint planning

• Implementing / managing processes in terms of how information is shared

• Ensure the team is focused and follow the agreed terms of the daily scrum

• Remove any obstacles that prevent team progress

• Drive continuous improvements

• Prevent any external distractions

Experience / skills required:

• Previous Scrum Master experience

• Hold a recognised Scrum certification

• Knowledge of Agile techniques and approaches

• Able to obtain SC Level security clearance
