We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work on a high profile project for a Government body.
The Scrum Master should be a strong communicator and influencer across multiple teams with a good track record of leading scrum teams to deliver successfully. You will work with a diverse team of developers, testers and business analysts, to turn product requirements into products using a sprint based approach to enable a fast and efficient delivery lifecycle.
Scrum Master - experience
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
Building and leading of a self-organising team which works productively in order to deliver the agreed products.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
Enables the exploration of different agile approaches to ensure that the team work as productively as possible.
Coach and mentor team members on agile standards and best practices, e., Lean, Kanban, Scrum & DevOps, etc.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner to prepare and clarify the product backlog.
