Roles & Responsibilities
There is a requirement to continue BAU support while implementing new technologies through project work across both server and client platforms. Other responsibilities include customer meetings/presentations, presales, customer and technology champion role and mentoring the Service desk and desktop support functions.
The ideal candidate will be fast to learn, have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, they will have the ability to assess and prioritise tasks without close supervision with excellent problem solving skills.
Will have a strong skills and experience supporting the following in a senior support role which will Manage, Maintain, Configure & Troubleshoot the following technologies & services:
- 5 years' experience Manage, Maintain, Configure & Trouble Shoot of large SharePoint estates
- Has held or currently holds SC or above clearance level
- Has a good understanding of ITIL Service Operations; Incident, Request, Problem & Change Management as it relates to a support role
- Exchange 2007/2010
- Powershell Scripting
- Virtualisation technologies
- Database technologies
