Job Description
Working on leading edge programmes for our clients to enable them to develop and deliver secure IT services and systems, you will be capable of working independently or as part of a multi-disciplined team. With your defence experience you will be comfortable operating in a 'customer friend' type role, supporting the client to develop and deliver secure systems, understanding risks and managing complex system security. Our Senior & Principal consultants are engaged across Security Engineering and Accreditation tasks, working on parallel projects and workstreams, and take the lead on day to day client interface.
Essential Skills
You will have experience of developing technical risk assessments using recognised national and international standards, and will have taken the lead or be involved in producing a range of technical security documentation including, but not limited to: Scoping documents, Security Architecture Documents, RMADS, and SyOPs. Ideally you will have worked across the system lifecycle and be capable of supporting clients through requirement specification and definition, developing system security requirements, and producing security test and acceptance documents.
Principals 6+ years in client side engagement, consultancy where approach can be evidenced as adopted and with a desire to lead & mentor development consultancy teams.
Experience in MOD security processes and practices (JSP 604, JSP 440, JSP 902, DEFCON 659a).
Experience of delivering Defensive Cyber, Enterprise Architecture and Secure System Design related projects and tasks.
Essential Certifications, Qualifications Experience:
Certified Information System Security Practitioner (CISSP)
Ideally 2.1 Engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics degree or HND alternative.
